About Us
Weathersafe is a family and veteran owned exterior restoration company with offices located in Woodbury, Shakopee, MN and Hudson, WI. Our roofing department started in 1994 and we have completed 1,000s of projects across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. Specializing in exterior, restoration, and storm damage services, our tenacious team of skilled craftsmen work diligently to earn the trust and glowing referrals we continue to receive from our loyal customers.
Job Description
We are looking to hire a self-motivated, energetic individual that is looking for an opportunity to change their life. As a project manager, you will be responsible for staying in direct contact with your customers and insurance companies. You will be working directly with our sales team and production department. You will get to set and manage your own schedule everyday.
- Exterior home inspection including roof, siding, gutters & windows
- Present documentation to homeowner
- Complete required paperwork with homeowner
- Collect payments
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to set-up and climb a ladder
- No experience necessary

Job Expectations
- Learn and excel at the Weathersafe sales
- Display the ability to do in home sales presentations
- Close jobs on quality, not price
- Schedule inspections and proposals with customers
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Display strong time management
- Must have valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
- Must have at least a 17′ ladder and cell phone
- Able to climb ladders and walk on roofs
- Able to carry 50 lbs
